This single-cylinder electrode humidifier modulates from approximately 1.8 to 9 kg/h and has a documented maximum input of 7.6 kW. Supply options span 208-600 V, allowing the cabinet to match common facility electrical systems. Steam production depends on water conductivity because the cylinder water completes the electrical circuit, so inlet-water quality and automatic drain behavior are central to reliable operation.

Very low-conductivity water prevents the electrode cylinder from reaching rated output.Confirm inlet-water conductivity and use a humidifier technology suited to purified water if it falls outside the electrode range.

Steam condenses on duct surfaces before absorption is complete.Size the dispersion distance from actual duct temperature, airflow and humidity rise, and provide a drained distribution section.
