Cleanroom Wall & Ceiling Systems

Shape your production space with wall and ceiling components that work together around cleaning, room layout and daily operations. Compare insulated sandwich panels, modular partitions, ceiling grids and finishing profiles, with options for vision panels, service access and integrated utilities. Share your layout and operating requirements so we can help you select a coordinated room envelope rather than source disconnected components.

Surfaces Selected for Your Cleaning RoutineCompare steel, stainless steel, HPL and coated finishes against the chemicals, moisture and contact expected in each room.
A Coordinated Room EnvelopeBring panels, glazing, ceiling supports and junction profiles together to simplify the interfaces around the production space.
Access Without Ignoring CleanabilityConsider removable panels, inspection openings and service interfaces while planning the finished wall and ceiling surfaces.

Build Around Cleanable Surfaces, Useful Access and Future Layout Needs

Walls and ceilings define the boundary between a controlled room and the surrounding building. Their value is not limited to the visible panel face: cores, joints, supports and penetrations also determine how the envelope accommodates equipment and routine cleaning. Choose the panel system around the room's use and the interfaces it must support.

Different areas can call for different constructions. Sandwich-panel cores offer distinct insulation, stiffness and weight characteristics, while facing materials respond differently to impact, moisture and cleaning agents. Glazed partitions can improve visibility between rooms, and return-air or service-chase panels can organize functions that would otherwise occupy valuable floor space.

Ceiling access and finishing details complete the package. Coving can make wall-to-floor and wall-to-ceiling transitions easier to reach during cleaning; compatible trims cover exposed panel edges. Where maintenance personnel need access above a ceiling, the complete support and load arrangement must be designed for that duty rather than inferred from the panel name alone.

Solutions for Your Purchasing Challenges

Panel faces are suitable, but corners and exposed joints are difficult to clean.

Coordinate coving, edge trims and joint profiles with the selected panel thickness and finishing method to create more manageable transitions.

Services and equipment connections clutter the room boundary.

Compare utility interface panels, return-air risers and service-chase arrangements to consolidate openings in planned locations.

Cleaning chemicals or trolley contact damage the wrong surface finish.

Select facing materials for the actual exposure and add suitable protection rails or corner guards at vulnerable traffic points.

A fixed layout makes later equipment replacement awkward.

Consider demountable wall sections and appropriately positioned access panels where future equipment movement or service access is expected.

Questions Before You Order

Which cleanroom panel core should I choose?

Compare the required insulation, panel stiffness, weight and relevant fire performance with the actual assembly. There is no single core that is best for every room; the facing, joints and support details also matter.

Can wall and ceiling components be quoted together?

Yes. Send the room plan, elevations and ceiling arrangement, including glazing and service openings. A coordinated component schedule helps identify the matching panels, grids and finishing profiles.

Is every cleanroom ceiling suitable for walking on?

No. A walk-on arrangement requires panels, suspension and structural supports selected together for the intended loads and access method. Ordinary ceiling panels should not be treated as maintenance platforms.
