This 592 x 592 x 300 mm cartridge is the full-module choice in the frozen V-bank carbon group. Its larger face supports 3400 m3/h at an initial 80 Pa, allowing a standard square rack to carry the highest airflow of the three sizes. The molded frame holds pleated molecular media for gaseous contaminants; it is not a substitute for prefiltration or final HEPA filtration. Carbon grade and replacement timing must follow the actual ozone, acid-gas and VOC exposure.

Applications

For full-module supply or recirculation banks serving semiconductor facilities, healthcare ventilation, laboratories and other clean-air systems exposed to mixed low-level gases. Use particulate stages as required and size the carbon life from measured loading rather than a fixed calendar interval.

Solutions for Your Application

A full airflow row could require too many smaller molecular cartridges and joints.Use the 3400 m3/h square module where the rack accepts 592 x 592 mm filters, reducing cell count and the number of potential bypass interfaces.

Molecular performance may fall early in warm or humid outside air.Keep the operating environment within the selected media limits and include temperature, humidity and contaminant concentration in the service-life calculation.
