This 592 x 592 x 300 mm cartridge is the full-module choice in the frozen V-bank carbon group. Its larger face supports 3400 m3/h at an initial 80 Pa, allowing a standard square rack to carry the highest airflow of the three sizes. The molded frame holds pleated molecular media for gaseous contaminants; it is not a substitute for prefiltration or final HEPA filtration. Carbon grade and replacement timing must follow the actual ozone, acid-gas and VOC exposure.

For full-module supply or recirculation banks serving semiconductor facilities, healthcare ventilation, laboratories and other clean-air systems exposed to mixed low-level gases. Use particulate stages as required and size the carbon life from measured loading rather than a fixed calendar interval.
Select target-gas carbon, gasket orientation, front or side access, particulate prefilter grade, monitoring method and staged media arrangement for mixed contaminants.
