This 300 mm square fan filter unit packages ULPA filtration in a compact 304 stainless steel housing approximately 216 mm high. Its small footprint is intended for enclosed tools and localized work volumes rather than room-scale ceiling coverage. The cleanable metal construction is useful where a compact module must tolerate regular wipe-down while preserving a high-efficiency final filter face.

Designed for small isolators, gloveboxes, analytical enclosures and localized ultra-clean process chambers. Airflow and mounting details should be matched to the enclosure volume, leakage rate and required internal pressure direction.
Confirm enclosure opening, voltage, fan control, ULPA seal and service direction. Final airflow must be selected for the actual enclosure pressure and leakage conditions.
