Its small footprint is intended for enclosed tools and localized work volumes rather than room-scale ceiling coverage. The cleanable metal construction is useful where a compact module must tolerate regular wipe-down while preserving a high-efficiency final filter face.

Applications

Designed for small isolators, gloveboxes, analytical enclosures and localized ultra-clean process chambers. Airflow and mounting details should be matched to the enclosure volume, leakage rate and required internal pressure direction.

A standard 600 mm FFU is too large for the equipment enclosure.Use the 300 mm square module to place ULPA-filtered supply directly over the compact controlled volume.

Painted housings are difficult to clean around a sensitive tool.Specify the 304 stainless exterior and compatible seals for the intended wipe-down method.
