This 610 × 610 × 150 mm H13 filter uses microglass media folded around aluminum separators. In its standard configuration it delivers 1031 m3/h at a 250 Pa initial resistance; the documented high-capacity selection reaches 1626 m3/h at 350 Pa. Its six-inch box is intended for built-up banks and clean-process AHUs that cannot accept a full-depth separator pack.

The 150 mm cell provides a traditional separated pack in filter sections that lack room for a 290 mm box.

Two airflow selections

Standard and high-capacity duties allow pressure and airflow to be balanced within the same external size.

Corrugated separators maintain airflow passages through the microglass pack.

Applications

Used for final filtration in depth-constrained clean-process AHUs, built-up filter banks and controlled manufacturing supply systems. Airflow selection must match the available fan pressure and the expected loaded-filter operating point.

Solutions for Your Application

The HEPA bank has only six inches of available filter depth.The 150 mm separator cell fits the shallow section while retaining a full 610 mm face.

Higher airflow is required from the same opening but fan pressure is limited.Compare the 1031 m3/h at 250 Pa standard duty with the 1626 m3/h at 350 Pa high-capacity selection before sizing.
