Containment-oriented cascade
The pressure relationship directs leakage inward, with the interchange maintained below the work chamber.
Unlike the positive-pressure model, this enclosure uses a negative pressure arrangement for hazardous-drug containment. The interchange is maintained more negative than the main chamber, while filtered air recirculation reduces the external exhaust requirement compared with a total-exhaust isolator.

HEPA-filtered recirculation supports ISO Class 5 conditions without exhausting the entire chamber flow.
A polycarbonate glove window provides process visibility while separating the operator from the preparation.
