Panel-aligned finish
Individual tiles can be applied to compatible access panels so maintenance staff can reach services without cutting a continuous floor covering across multiple modules.
The 2 mm tile uses a compacted PVC body with a carbon network and a 608 x 608 mm reference format. It provides the wearing finish for a suitable supporting floor panel; the thin tile itself is not a structural raised-floor module. Its value is the ability to align individual finish pieces with service-access divisions while selecting a conductive electrical pathway.

Compacted conductive material provides the electrical wearing body. The supporting panel, adhesive and earthing arrangement must complete the intended path to ground.
A damaged finish piece can be addressed at the affected module. Keep replacement material aligned with the original dimensions, electrical type and surface texture.

Use on compatible raised-access panels in electronics test rooms and instrument suites where underfloor services need regular attention. The nominal tile size must be reconciled with the supporting panel and its edge trim. A 608 mm tile should not be assumed to fit every 600 mm or 24 inch floor grid without appropriate factory preparation.
Use individual wearing tiles finished to the panel boundaries so each structural module remains independently removable.
Retain the correct adhesive, substrate contact and grounding arrangement, then check the repaired area after the panel is returned to position.
Specify panel-edge treatment, tile preparation and colour. Select the supporting panel's load capacity separately from the electrical wearing finish, and keep lift points accessible after lamination.
