Integral conductive network
Conductive constituents are distributed within the coating, supporting the intended electrical path as the wearing surface is used.
HB10 is a high-build conductive epoxy floor with a nominal 0.8-1.0 mm wearing construction. Conductive material is incorporated through the resin thickness, so the floor is not dependent on an applied polish to create its charge path. The exposed surface remains smooth and nonporous. This general conductive model is separate from low-emission specialist cleanroom resin and chemical-resistant aggregate-broadcast systems.
Conductive constituents are distributed within the coating, supporting the intended electrical path as the wearing surface is used.
The smooth face helps cleaning tools contact the floor uniformly, important where maintenance residue could alter electrical contact.
The high-build coating can be detailed around existing equipment bases without introducing the depth of a mortar screed.

Suitable for electronics manufacturing, data-processing rooms and pharmaceutical clean support areas requiring a conductive floor range. The completed installation should retain an appropriate maintenance regime and compatible contact interfaces. An insulating overcoat or unsuitable floor dressing can change the exposed electrical behaviour.
Use the conductive resin construction as the permanent wearing system instead of relying on polish.
Select suitable cleaners and avoid coatings that interrupt contact with the conductive epoxy.
Specify colour, grounding connections and the required ESD footwear arrangement. Keep chemical exposure and concentrated wheel loads within the selected floor design rather than inferring suitability from resistance alone.
