Cleanroom Transfert Hatch
- Shallow chamber depth
- Montage mural affleurant
- Interlocked opposing doors
- Removable transfer tray
Introduction de produit
The Cleanroom Transfer Hatch is a compact alternative to a deep pass box when the transfer is limited to records, sample trays or sealed small parts. Its shallow stainless liner sits within the partition rather than projecting far into the room. Opposing flush doors can be mechanically or electronically interlocked, and the smooth tray area is readily accessible from either side for routine cleaning.
Key Features
Flush edge treatment reduces protrusions around the clean-side opening.
The removable tray exposes its supporting surface for cleaning.
Optional vision panels let users inspect contents before opening their side.
Compact interlock hardware keeps only one transfer door available at a time.
Des solutions pour votre application
Small items need a dedicated transfer route without occupying the floor area or chamber depth required for large materials.

Selection and Installation
Size the hatch for the largest document wallet, sealed sample tray or small-parts container, including the space needed to lift it out. Usable chamber width and height are not the wall cut-out or outer frame dimensions. Check the clear door opening separately, especially where a removable tray or projecting latch reduces access.
Match the liner depth and flange positions to the partition thickness so the installation stays compact on the aisle side. Seal the perimeter joint, provide suitable support and leave room for both doors to swing. The tray must lift out without catching the frame, and the opposite door must remain locked while either side is open.
A mechanical interlock operates without an electrical supply; an electronic version needs its own selected power and release arrangement. For restocking several batches on separate shelves, use a full-height pass-through storage cabinet instead of enlarging a small-item handover point.
