NC05 uses a two-component high-solids novolac epoxy as a stand-alone coating over a prepared, primed surface. The stated 0.3-0.5 mm dimension is wet-film thickness, with 0.5 mm representing this model's upper coating selection. It is not a multi-millimetre mortar body or a conductive ESD system. The smooth finish places the chemical-resistant resin directly at the exposed face.

Consider NC05 for chemical storage support, pharmaceutical process rooms and battery-charge areas where the slab is already in good condition. Select against the actual chemical list and cleanup interval. A thin chemical-resistant coat is not a substitute for repairing damaged concrete or detailing liquid containment.
State the coating application thickness clearly and keep substrate levelling outside this model's role.
Match the novolac formulation to the specific concentration, temperature and contact duration.
Choose a compatible pigment and perimeter treatment. Reinforced or aggregate-filled constructions should be specified separately because they change this stand-alone coating architecture.
