The mortar consistency permits deliberate slope formation at approaches and local transitions that a free-flowing topping cannot easily hold.
SC46 combines epoxy binder, hardener and graded aggregate into a trowelable mortar. Installed at 4-6 mm, the mixture is compacted by hand or power trowel and finished with a compatible seal. The construction can follow designed falls and local changes of level instead of flowing back to a flat surface. It is the general sealed mortar option in this family, without the separate traction broadcast of SR46.

Trowelling closes the material around the mineral grains, supporting repeated mechanical loading when bonded to a sound base.
A compatible finishing coat closes residual mortar porosity and creates the face that cleaning equipment contacts in service.

Use for equipment transfer routes, heavy clean manufacturing aisles and repaired loading points. The mortar is particularly useful where surface shape needs to be retained. Wheel load, turning action and the strength of the original concrete should guide the extent of local repair beneath the new system.
Repair unsound concrete and install the specified compacted mortar depth across the loaded route.
Use trowelled placement to maintain the ramp geometry while consolidating the screed.
Specify seal type, cove height and the intended fall profile. Large open areas may suit power-trowel placement, with hand finishing reserved for perimeters and obstructions.
