Unidad de filtro de ventilador de bajo ruido
- Acoustically Treated Plenum
- Elastomeric Fan Isolation
- Radiused Air Inlet
- Variable EC Speed Control
Introducción del producto
The low-noise fan filter unit combines a backward-curved EC fan, vibration-isolated motor support and an acoustically treated plenum. A radiused inlet guides air into the wheel, while the final filter forms the clean-air outlet. The housing arrangement is intended for occupied cleanroom work areas where access for service, acoustic performance and filtered airflow all affect equipment selection.
Características clave
A radiused intake bell lowers inlet turbulence and the broadband noise associated with a sharp-edged opening.
The acoustic treatment is located within the upstream plenum rather than on the downstream filter face.
Continuous EC speed control allows the unit to operate at the lowest practical rotational speed for the required airflow.
Soluciones para su aplicación
Noise control in an occupied cleanroom depends on the selected duty and the installed sound-transmission paths, not the fan label alone.

Acoustic Selection and Installation
Compare sound at the required duty
Include the airflow requirement, filter resistance and operator position when requesting a low-noise selection. Acoustic comparisons need the same operating point, weighting, microphone distance and installation conditions. A sound-power figure is not interchangeable with a sound-pressure reading in the room.
Choose the filter and controls together
The final-filter grade and resistance affect the fan speed needed for the duty. Specify the filter seal and service access with the unit. Remote speed controllers and network interfaces are configuration choices; the acoustic construction should also identify the liner facing, enclosure and cleaning compatibility.
Protect the installation and maintenance path
Match the unit to the ceiling opening, load-bearing supports and available overhead space. Keep the inlet clear and avoid rigid service connections that bridge the vibration isolation. Electrical installation must match the supplied motor rating. Isolate the power before servicing and protect the final-filter media during handling.
If ceiling depth is the main constraint, compare the low-profile fan filter unit. For selections driven by added system resistance, see the high-static-pressure fan filter unit.
