About This Product

SL24 combines a primed concrete base, copper earthing tape, an ESD primer and a filled epoxy wearing layer at a nominal 3 mm build. Its smooth gloss face is intended for clean production where a static-dissipative floor is required. The floor is a coordinated resin system, with the conductive fillers and buried earthing components performing different roles. The mineral-filled wearing course supplies the continuous surface above the concealed grounding network.

Key Features

Filled self-smoothing body

Conductive filler is dispersed through the epoxy mix so the wearing layer provides an even surface with integral static-control function.

Planned earthing network

Copper tape connects the coated area to the designated ground path before the final layer makes those components inaccessible.

Cleanable exposed finish

The continuous gloss face avoids a granular broadcast texture, supporting precise equipment movement and routine residue removal.

Applications

Consider SL24 for laboratories, electronics production and pharmaceutical processing support. The selected footwear and maintenance materials should suit the floor's static-control purpose. Avoid using the finish as a substitute for other necessary controls within a static-sensitive workstation.

Solutions for Your Application

The earthing layout might be missed before the floor is finished.

Install the copper tape and ESD primer as explicit stages before the self-smoothing layer.

A thin coating is inadequate for the desired smooth floor body.

Use the nominal 3 mm filled construction over a repaired and level base.

Available Options

Specify colour, cove interface and grounding points. Use compatible perimeter materials and transition details that maintain a continuous, cleanable junction with adjoining floor finishes.
