SL24 combines a primed concrete base, copper earthing tape, an ESD primer and a filled epoxy wearing layer at a nominal 3 mm build. Its smooth gloss face is intended for clean production where a static-dissipative floor is required. The floor is a coordinated resin system, with the conductive fillers and buried earthing components performing different roles. The mineral-filled wearing course supplies the continuous surface above the concealed grounding network.

Consider SL24 for laboratories, electronics production and pharmaceutical processing support. The selected footwear and maintenance materials should suit the floor's static-control purpose. Avoid using the finish as a substitute for other necessary controls within a static-sensitive workstation.
Install the copper tape and ESD primer as explicit stages before the self-smoothing layer.
Use the nominal 3 mm filled construction over a repaired and level base.
Specify colour, cove interface and grounding points. Use compatible perimeter materials and transition details that maintain a continuous, cleanable junction with adjoining floor finishes.
