Product Introduction

This two-wide housing places two full-size HEPA filters in parallel across an approximately 52 in cabinet width. At a 500 fpm face-velocity basis, the arrangement supports about 4000 cfm and reduces resistance compared with forcing the same flow through one cell. Galvanized or 304 stainless construction can be selected, and removable doors on both sides preserve service flexibility in congested mechanical rooms.

Solutions for Your Application

The two filters receive unequal flow because the upstream transition is too short.Provide a distribution plenum or gradual transition and confirm comparable velocity at both filter faces.

The wider cabinet leaves no clear path to withdraw a full-size filter.Reserve the complete door swing and filter pull envelope on at least one side before fixing nearby services.
