About This Product

SR46 begins with a trowelled epoxy mortar body, then adds a high-build coat, aluminum-oxide broadcast and final epoxy seal. This sequence creates a textured wearing face above the compacted screed, rather than relying only on the mortar's own trowel marks. The nominal 4-6 mm system combines a substantial base with a defined surface treatment for heavily used internal traffic zones.

Key Features

Separated body and texture

The screed carries the floor build while the broadcast layer establishes the surface profile, making each material's role clear.

Sealed traction grains

The final coat binds the exposed aggregate into the finish, reducing loose particles while retaining a useful contact texture.

Continuous cove connection

Compatible mortar coving can extend the floor up the wall, avoiding a sharp dirt-catching corner in industrial cleaning zones.

Applications

Appropriate for pharmaceutical logistics, industrial workshops and heavily used material-handling areas where a smooth mortar seal is insufficient. The selected texture should also work with the site's cleaning equipment, since overly coarse profiles can retain residues when maintenance tools cannot reach between grains.

Solutions for Your Application

A heavy-duty floor is required but a smooth seal offers insufficient grip.

Use the specified broadcast finishing sequence over the mortar instead of changing the mortar body alone.

Surface aggregate may become loose under traffic.

Remove unbound excess and apply the compatible final seal at the required coverage.

Available Options

Choose colour, cove detail and junction layout for the actual traffic route. Retain the aluminum-oxide broadcast architecture when ordering this model; a plain sealed screed is a different construction.
