Product Introduction

The 96 in deep version expands the internal path to 88 in and adds a second blower module for an approximate three-person load. Stainless construction and pneumatic access remain central to the hazardous-location architecture. Compared with the 44 in model, it offers group throughput and longer exposure, while avoiding the floor and electrical demand of the 144 in tunnel.

Key Features

Small-group capacity

The 88 in chamber depth accommodates approximately three personnel in one controlled cycle.

Dual air-system coverage

Two blower sections distribute shower airflow over the longer occupied path.

Classified-entry controls

Pneumatic operation supports facility designs that restrict ordinary electrical devices at the doorway.

Applications

Suitable for small-team entry to classified clean production in chemical processing, pharmaceutical handling and aerospace finishing. User spacing, purge logic and the room's hazardous classification should be resolved before the two-blower system is specified.

Solutions for Your Application

Single-person cycling creates unacceptable queues at a hazardous cleanroom entrance.Use the 88 in chamber to accommodate an approximately three-person group within one controlled sequence.
The longer chamber may not have enough maintenance clearance around both blowers.Reserve access to each air module and its filter path along the 96 in body.

Available Options

Select electrical and pneumatic utilities, door operation, filter monitoring, stainless finish and cycle logic for the classified space. Confirm the hazard group and ventilation design with the responsible safety engineer.
