About This Product

CR15 is a total-solids conductive epoxy construction with a nominal 1.5 mm self-smoothing wearing layer. Its formulation selection focuses on low particle generation and low volatile emissions, distinguishing it from a general-purpose conductive coating. The fine-filled resin produces a gloss surface above the compatible grounded underlayers. This model is intended for sensitive production environments where the floor material itself forms part of contamination planning.

Key Features

Contamination-conscious material choice

Selecting a resin for particle and volatile-emission behaviour addresses a floor-related concern that resistance measurements alone do not describe.

Fine-filled application

Controlled filler loading helps the resin form an even face without introducing the coarse texture of a broadcast floor.

Accessible inspection surface

A smooth solid-colour finish makes visible residue and local damage easier to identify during room maintenance.

Applications

Consider CR15 for optics, medical-device and precision-component cleanrooms. The cleanroom process should determine which material-emission attributes matter and how the floor is maintained. No room cleanliness class follows automatically from the selection of this resin floor.

Solutions for Your Application

A conductive floor may still be unsuitable near contamination-sensitive work.

Select the cleanroom-oriented resin formulation alongside the required electrical construction.

Too much filler could change flow and surface quality.

Keep filler loading within the selected formulation and control the wearing-layer thickness.

Available Options

Specify the practical colour, earthing arrangement and compatible cove treatment. Coordinate detergents and surface renewal materials so later maintenance preserves the original cleanroom and conductive intent.
