The smallest vertical-flow model provides a 500 mm cubic work zone beneath a 365 x 365 mm HEPA filter. A nominal 0.45 m/s downward airflow sweeps particles toward the return path while using only 0.2 kW connected power. Its 750 x 500 x 900 mm outer envelope suits small wall openings, but payloads must remain below the supply diffuser and leave airflow clearance.

Applications

For sterile samples, compact medical components and laboratory material transfer where active vertical wash is desired. Keep packages low enough to avoid disturbing the diffuser and validate air velocity with the normal load in place.

Solutions for Your Application

A tall package sits too close to the HEPA diffuser and disrupts uniform flow.Limit approved loads to a height that preserves the commissioning clearance below the filter face.

The smallest chamber may encourage operators to force oversized packages through the gasket.Publish a load gauge below the 500 mm internal dimensions and route larger items to the 600 or 700 mm unit.
