Conductive aggregate fraction
The coloured quartz includes a conductive fraction rather than ordinary decorative particles alone, making aggregate selection part of the electrical construction.
DQ30 uses coloured quartz within a broadcast epoxy floor system to create a granular decorative appearance. The static-dissipative binder and compatible finish distinguish the construction from an ordinary decorative quartz floor. Its mineral-rich surface contrasts with the plain colour of a smooth ESD self-leveler. Aggregate distribution and the final sealing stage determine the practical appearance and contact texture.

Binder and seal must belong to the intended static-dissipative construction; an unrelated clear coating may change the floor's behaviour.
A separate grout coat fills spaces within the broadcast course before the final seal is applied, avoiding reliance on the thin finish alone to close the aggregate bed.

Suitable for visible clean laboratories, electronics visitor routes and inspection areas where decorative appearance accompanies static control. The quartz blend should be chosen under the room's lighting, while cleaning tools must be able to reach the finished surface profile.
Distribute the particles evenly so they fall lightly into the resin, maintaining a consistent broadcast across adjoining work areas.
Control sealing coverage to retain the specified texture and electrical contact characteristics.
Specify the quartz blend, cove arrangement and acceptable surface texture together. Future maintenance coats should remain part of the compatible static-control system rather than being selected solely for gloss.
