The hybrid binder accommodates a damp substrate condition that can prevent direct application of conventional moisture-sensitive resin coatings.
MT30 uses a cementitious powder with epoxy components to form a self-leveling mineral layer. The construction behaves differently from a neat epoxy wearing film: it permits water vapour movement and can bond to suitably prepared mat-damp concrete. Applied within its 1.5-3 mm range, it also provides a smoothing stage for refurbishment. A minimum 2 mm build is used when the layer performs the temporary moisture-barrier role beneath an overcoat.

The overcoat can be chosen for its cleaning and chemical exposure duty without using the intermediate layer as a decorative substitute.

Useful for on-grade cleanroom refurbishment, newly cast support floors and areas where the concrete drying schedule conflicts with finishing work. The completed room should use a compatible exposed finish when cleaning, colour or specific chemical resistance requires one.
Introduce the specified epoxy-cement intermediate layer and respect its overcoating conditions.
Include the chosen wearing coat in the floor package so the intermediate and exposed surfaces have distinct roles.
Select the overlay thickness for the base condition and pair it with the intended finish. Local repairs and cove transitions can be incorporated into the preparation scope without adding water to the mortar mix.
