SCREED-46MM uses a conventional heavy-duty epoxy mortar body beneath a specialist novolac finishing layer. The 4-6 mm construction separates bulk load support from the chemistry of the exposed face. A high-build intermediate coat and aggregate treatment prepare the surface for the final seal. It is neither a thin novolac coating nor a mortar whose entire binder is novolac epoxy.

Trowelling consolidates the mortar beneath heavily used routes and allows local floor shape to be maintained.
Surface condition can be monitored and the compatible seal renewed before wear exposes the structural screed beneath.

Suitable for chemical mixing support, pharmaceutical manufacturing and heavily trafficked storage rooms. Pay particular attention to turning points, spill locations and drain approaches, where both wear and chemical contact may concentrate on the same area.
Use the heavy screed beneath the novolac surface layer.
Keep chemical service separate from pedestrian reopening and allow the finishing layer to reach its temperature-dependent chemical cure.
Choose colour, cove height and the chemical-compatible finishing package. Keep the complete surface sequence intact so a general epoxy maintenance coat does not replace the selected chemical-contact face.
