Introducción del producto

The smallest active model provides a 500 mm cubic transfer space within a 700 x 575 x 1000 mm body. Its own blower and H14 HEPA filter create autonomous vertical low-turbulence displacement airflow, independent of the room duct system. A stainless housing, base and installation frame support wall integration where small tools or containers need an actively swept transfer chamber.

Applications

For small containers, tools and sealed component packs transferred between pharmaceutical or medical-device clean zones. The surrounding room classifications and pressure cascade determine the operating cleanliness achieved by the chamber.

Solutions for Your Application

A passive hatch does not actively sweep particles from the load space.Use the integral blower and H14 filter to establish vertical displacement airflow during the transfer cycle.

Central duct connections are unavailable at the selected wall.Choose the autonomous active model, which does not depend on the room ventilation branch.

Opciones disponibles

Available options include corner door positioning, horizontal flow, trolley arrangement, wall console and emergency stop. Dimensions and control timing can be adapted to the load and partition.
