This eight-row evaporator extends the casing to 13.5 in and carries the greatest selected refrigerant circuit and surface area. Approximately 500 fpm is a common face-velocity basis, subject to wet-coil carryover and performance rating. It is intended for high-outdoor-air and precision-conditioning systems where deeper cooling justifies the greater air pressure drop, condensate production and refrigerant distribution complexity.
