Lavadora automática Boot
A compact stainless three-brush washer that automatically scrubs boot soles and shafts with metered water and cleaning chemical.
- Three-Brush Cleaning
- Automatic Water and Dosing
- Stable Grab Rail
- Wash-Down Stainless Basin
Introducción del producto
The automatic boot washer positions one powered horizontal brush beneath the sole and two vertical brushes around the boot shaft. Activation starts coordinated brushing with water and detergent inside a drained stainless basin. The overhead rail supports the operator, while accessible controls and a separate dosing enclosure simplify use and service in wet food-production entrances.
Características clave
Automatic spray and chemical dosing standardize each cleaning cycle.
A rigid overhead handrail improves balance while the brushes rotate.
The open stainless basin exposes the brush set for rinsing and inspection.
Soluciones para su aplicación
Manual boot cleaning is inconsistent, time-consuming and often misses shaft surfaces where food soil remains attached.
Hand brushing produces variable contact time and coverage.Three powered brushes apply repeatable mechanical action to soles and both boot shafts.
Workers may use too little or too much cleaning chemical. The integrated dosing enclosure meters solution during the automatic cycle.
Rotating brushes can affect operator balance.A full-width stainless grab arch provides stable support throughout cleaning.
Enclosed mechanisms are difficult to rinse after production. An open basin and exposed removable brush assemblies support wash-down and inspection.
