Product Introduction

The three-section tunnel extends the standard-profile path to 4115 mm. Three 5 hp blower and HEPA modules serve 96 wall nozzles and six ceiling jets, adding one complete cleaning section beyond the compact model. This geometry supports a longer exposure path and moderate pedestrian throughput without reaching the four-section footprint.

Applications

Designed for medium-throughput pedestrian entrances, batch gown cleaning and research or manufacturing facilities needing a longer transition. The added centre module allows more exposure at the same walking speed.

Solutions for Your Application

Two sections provide too little travel time for the entry protocol.Add the third active module to extend the high-velocity cleaning path by 54 in.

A long integrated air system would be difficult to service.Use the sectional arrangement with separate blower, filter and access components for each module.

Available Options

Select shell material, lighting, interlocks, HMI timing, door configuration and optional 90-degree section placement. Wider modules can be engineered where the traffic path requires them.
