Product Introduction

This model adds a small extraction flow at the split interface, especially around the post-transfer undocking stage. It is intended for HPAPI duties requiring the manufacturer's down-to-0.1 µg/m³ tier, where the facility can provide and safely manage the required extracted air.

Key Features

Undocking dust control

Local extraction addresses residual particulate at the interface as the two valve halves separate.

Higher-potency process fit

The pro-level architecture serves transfers beyond the standard no-extraction containment tier.

Compact retrofit demand

Low-volume extraction limits the utility requirement compared with a large secondary enclosure.

Technical Parameters

OperationManual or pneumatic
ExtractionLow-volume local interface extraction
Extraction StageApplied around post-transfer closure and undocking
Transfer MediaPotent powders, granules and compatible formulations
Typical ProcessesHPAPI charging, blending, milling and tablet production
ConnectionActive process half with matched passive container half
CustomizationValve size, extraction duty, actuator, seals, container interface and cleaning features can be matched to the intended HPAPI process.

Applications

HPAPI charging, mill discharge, blender transfer, tablet-compression feeding and contained sampling that require a tighter listed exposure tier.

Solutions for Your Application

Residual powder at the split faces may release when the valve is undocked.Use low-volume local extraction during the closure and separation sequence to capture interface residue.
The existing room has limited spare extract capacity.Confirm the point-of-use airflow and pressure requirement before choosing this extract-assisted tier.

Available Options

Extraction connection, manual or pneumatic actuator, nominal diameter, sensor interlocks, seal compound, wash features and container adapter may be selected.
