Undocking dust control
Local extraction addresses residual particulate at the interface as the two valve halves separate.
This model adds a small extraction flow at the split interface, especially around the post-transfer undocking stage. It is intended for HPAPI duties requiring the manufacturer's down-to-0.1 µg/m³ tier, where the facility can provide and safely manage the required extracted air.

The pro-level architecture serves transfers beyond the standard no-extraction containment tier.
Low-volume extraction limits the utility requirement compared with a large secondary enclosure.
| Containment Tier | Manufacturer-listed down to 0.1 µg/m³ in the applicable tested configuration |
|---|---|
| Valve Principle | Interlocked split butterfly disc |
| Product-Contact Material | 316L stainless steel |
| Operation | Manual or pneumatic |
| Extraction | Low-volume local interface extraction |
| Extraction Stage | Applied around post-transfer closure and undocking |
| Transfer Media | Potent powders, granules and compatible formulations |
| Typical Processes | HPAPI charging, blending, milling and tablet production |
| Connection | Active process half with matched passive container half |
| 사용자 정의 | Valve size, extraction duty, actuator, seals, container interface and cleaning features can be matched to the intended HPAPI process. |
HPAPI charging, mill discharge, blender transfer, tablet-compression feeding and contained sampling that require a tighter listed exposure tier.
Extraction connection, manual or pneumatic actuator, nominal diameter, sensor interlocks, seal compound, wash features and container adapter may be selected.
