About This Product
HB05 uses two epoxy applications to create an approximately 0.5 mm finish above the prepared base. The first coat establishes coverage and the second completes the exposed gloss surface. It is a coating system rather than a levelling screed, so existing slab geometry remains important. This smooth version serves enclosed utility and production areas where a multi-millimetre mineral body is unnecessary.

Solutions for Your Application
The floor needs colour zoning but has limited threshold clearance.
Use the thin high-build construction and position colour breaks at planned boundaries.
A second coat may reproduce holes left in the first application.
Inspect coverage between coats and close local voids before completing the exposed layer.

Choose lane colours, compatible primer and cove interface to suit the substrate. Keep the smooth build for areas where cleaning is the priority; wet traction requirements call for a separately defined textured configuration.
