Product Introduction

The 610 x 152 x 457 mm format reorients the chemical bed into a narrow six-inch-high cassette. Its one-inch media path and 0.5 ft3 charge hold the maximum published resistance to 101 Pa at 2.54 m/s, trading some total capacity for easier integration into constrained air handlers. It is most useful when molecular filtration must be retrofitted without the pressure demand of the deeper 305 mm module.

Key Features

Static-pressure economy

The shallow bed reduces airflow resistance relative to the three-inch packed module.

Narrow cassette profile

A 152 mm module height supports retrofit arrangements that cannot accept a 305 mm face.

Serviceable chemical stage

The factory-filled cassette can be exchanged as a complete unit without loose-media transfer at the rack.

Applications

Fits gas-phase retrofits, compact AHUs and cleanroom support systems that need corrosion or odor control but have restricted fan static and rack height.

Solutions for Your Application

Reducing bed depth causes the media to reach breakthrough too soon.Estimate chemical load against the 0.5 ft3 charge and increase parallel modules or service frequency when capacity is insufficient.
A retrofit rack bypasses air around the narrow cassette.Use continuous perimeter seals and blanking plates so the measured airflow passes through the chemical bed.

Available Options

Select media chemistry, module quantity, gasket arrangement, access side, prefilter, gas monitoring and maintenance interval from site conditions.
