Product Introduction

The 28 W configuration combines a 565 mm active section with the family maximum airflow of 4300 m3/h. It is intended for larger ducts where the shorter modules would require parallel installation, and its increased treatment length provides more photocatalytic surface in the airstream. The module retains the airflow sensor, lamp-life display and alarm connections used throughout the family. Performance must be evaluated against pollutant identity and residence time, not assumed from electrical power alone.

Key Features

Maximum family throughput

One module serves up to 4300 m3/h when installed within its documented duct conditions.

Extended catalyst exposure

The longest active section carries a greater illuminated TiO2 area than the two smaller versions.

Operational feedback

Integrated airflow and lamp-life supervision helps distinguish an energized system from an effective operating module.

Applications

For large commercial AHUs, cleanroom support ventilation and high-volume recirculation ducts needing a monitored photocatalytic stage for selected organic pollutants.

Solutions for Your Application

The long module conflicts with coils, dampers or access doors in the air handler.Coordinate the 637 mm overall envelope and lamp withdrawal path before cutting the mounting opening.
The system expects PCO to replace particulate or molecular filtration for every contaminant.Use upstream particle filtration and retain contaminant-specific adsorption where compounds are not suited to photocatalytic treatment.

Available Options

Confirm airflow, duct dimensions, pollutant mix, electrical controls, access clearance, prefiltration and monitoring requirements.
