Product Introduction

This package delivers 100 gpm of hot water using 250 gpm on the boiler side and a 15 gpm recirculation pump. The broader skid carries the largest exchanger and piping in the three-unit family, serving high-demand clean manufacturing and sanitation systems without a local storage tank. Stable performance depends on adequate heating-water temperature, distribution return balance and a realistic peak draw profile.

Key Features

High simultaneous demand

The large exchanger supports the greatest hot-water draw among the three packaged units.

Factory-integrated station

Pumps, exchanger, controls and piping arrive as a coordinated instantaneous-heating package.

Large-loop temperature maintenance

A 15 gpm recirculation duty supports a wider distribution network between draw events.

CustomizationAvailable based on the intended application and operating environment.

Applications

For large clean manufacturing process-water stations, sanitation systems and multiple-use hot-water distribution networks.

Solutions for Your Application

Peak demand exceeds 100 gpm and outlet temperature collapses.Validate simultaneous fixtures and process draws, then add parallel capacity or storage if the instantaneous peak is higher.
The larger skid cannot be serviced after surrounding piping is installed.Reserve exchanger withdrawal, pump maintenance and control-panel clearances in the plant layout.

Available Options

Specify outlet temperature, demand profile, boiler conditions, exchanger wall, skid materials, pump redundancy, recirculation and controls.
