U16 process protection
The 99.99995% MPPS grade addresses advanced microelectronics zones with tighter penetration limits than U15.
The U16 selection reduces allowable MPPS penetration by an order of magnitude compared with U15 while retaining the same supported 35 mm ePTFE architecture. Its nominal resistance rises moderately to 0.40 in. w.g. at 100 fpm, a tradeoff that should be included in ceiling fan sizing. Use it where the process target justifies U16 but the higher U17 pressure burden is unnecessary.
The 99.99995% MPPS grade addresses advanced microelectronics zones with tighter penetration limits than U15.
A documented 0.40 in. w.g. point at 100 fpm supports realistic fan-array and ceiling-pressure calculations.
The supported ePTFE medium avoids glass fibers and provides a membrane option for elemental-contamination control plans.

Intended for advanced semiconductor production, lithography support and precision mini-environments that specify U16 efficiency. The complete ceiling or tool module should be commissioned at the selected net face velocity and checked for seal engagement after replacement.
Specify face dimensions, overall frame series, seal geometry and location, protective guard material, divider and test-port needs.
