Product Introduction

This 305 x 305 mm square panel packages H14 ePTFE media in a 109 mm-deep frame with an integral knife edge. At its documented 150 m3/h duty the starting pressure drop is 55 Pa. The small face format lets equipment designers place final filtration over a localized process zone without adopting a half- or full-ceiling module.

Applications

Used in compact process tools, mini-environments and small common-plenum ceiling cells that accept a knife edge into a gel receiver. It is the appropriate size when the required duty is around 150 m3/h; larger zones should use the half- or double-length models rather than overdriving this face area.

A standard ceiling module is too large for the protected tool opening.The 305 mm square footprint provides an H14 terminal over a localized process area.

The knife edge is not centered in the existing gel trough.Verify receiver geometry and insertion depth before clamping, then inspect the gel path for a continuous impression.
