The square quarter module concentrates filtered supply over a small tool opening or mini-environment.
This 305 x 305 mm square panel packages H14 ePTFE media in a 109 mm-deep frame with an integral knife edge. At its documented 150 m3/h duty the starting pressure drop is 55 Pa. The small face format lets equipment designers place final filtration over a localized process zone without adopting a half- or full-ceiling module.

Used in compact process tools, mini-environments and small common-plenum ceiling cells that accept a knife edge into a gel receiver. It is the appropriate size when the required duty is around 150 m3/h; larger zones should use the half- or double-length models rather than overdriving this face area.
Confirm airflow direction, knife-edge position, grille face, gel compatibility and exact housing clear opening before fabrication.
