Product Introduction

This 610 × 305 × 292 mm E10 compact filter is the half-module member of the high-temperature airflow family. Its narrow face handles 1800 m3/h with a published 190 Pa initial pressure drop and is designed for temperatures up to 120 °C. The size is suited to constrained process-air banks and support ventilation near thermal or sterilization operations.

Applications

Designed for narrow process-air systems, sterilization support ventilation and heated clean manufacturing supply where E10 filtration is appropriate. Multiple half modules can be arranged around fixed equipment or nonstandard bank geometry.

Solutions for Your Application

A full-size filter cannot fit around process equipment inside the air handler.The 305 mm half-module width provides a modular high-temperature E10 option for the remaining bay.

Normal HVAC filters may not tolerate the specified warm-air duty.Use this construction within its 120 °C maximum operating temperature and verify the complete system temperature profile.
