Gentle final-stage heating
Low surface loading supports controlled air-temperature trim without concentrating heat on a few elements.
This final-stage heater spreads 20 kW across 24 finned elements on an eight-inch flange. The low 3 W/in2 loading moderates element surface temperature for sensitive clean process air and downstream temperature trim.
Low surface loading supports controlled air-temperature trim without concentrating heat on a few elements.
Twenty-four elements spread output across the flow path for more even heat input.
The assembly bolts into a matching duct or circulation-heater housing as a removable stage.
