About This Product
QF30 is the nominal 3 mm selection within a 2-4 mm self-smoothing epoxy construction. A separate graded filler component is blended into the resin to create a dense aggregate-rich body, with pigment distributed through the mix. The cured face remains smooth rather than exposing a broadcast texture. This configuration is suited to repetitive trolley paths where a thin sealing film would provide little material above the slab.

Applications
Consider QF30 for internal distribution aisles, packaging rooms and clean manufacturing floors carrying frequent wheeled traffic. Floor loading still depends on the supporting slab and wheel contact area; a thicker resin overlay does not repair structurally weak concrete beneath it.

Wear tends to concentrate in a narrow trolley track.
Maintain the specified aggregate-filled depth through that route and avoid feathering the wearing layer.
An old slab contains ridges that would reduce local coating thickness.
Grind high spots and repair depressions before setting the finished overlay level.
