About This Product

CH25 includes earthing, conductive primer, conductive epoxy base, a silicon-carbide broadcast and a final chemical-resistant coating. The approximately 2.0-2.5 mm construction creates a granular face above a coordinated electrical pathway. This is a thicker aggregate-based floor than textured roller-applied ESD coatings, intended for process areas where chemical splash, foot traffic and wheeled movement occur together.

Key Features

Conductive aggregate architecture

The mineral broadcast is part of the complete system and must work with the resin layers, rather than being substituted with ordinary decorative sand.

Traction under process traffic

A sealed granular profile offers a different contact surface from smooth conductive epoxy, useful where controlled grip is needed.

Defined chemical-contact face

The final coat is selected for the substances that may reach the floor, with exposure time and cleaning considered together.

Applications

Suitable for chemical-handling production rooms, battery process support and pharmaceutical utility areas requiring conductivity and traction. Select the floor against actual chemical concentration, temperature and contact duration. Drainage and cleanup practices remain necessary even with a chemically resistant wearing face.

Solutions for Your Application

Ordinary broadcast sand could interrupt the intended electrical construction.

Retain the specified conductive-compatible aggregate and complete layer sequence.

A smooth conductive coating does not suit the traffic conditions.

Use the sealed silicon-carbide profile while matching cleaning equipment to its texture.

Available Options

Choose colour and cove geometry, and plan earthing locations before the base is covered. Keep the aggregate grading and final coat compatible rather than varying the ingredients independently.
