Product Introduction

The 3322 CFM version uses a larger casing, impeller and motor assembly than the two lower-flow exhaust models. It targets high-volume return and general exhaust branches where an inline footprint is preferred, with published family capability extending to 1.75 inches water gauge depending on the selected operating point.

Key Features

High-volume branch duty

The airflow range covers major return or exhaust branches rather than one local room outlet.

Compact high-capacity form

A square inline enclosure reduces the transition length normally associated with a conventional centrifugal scroll.

Belt-free power train

The motor couples directly to the wheel, eliminating belt guards, pulleys and tension checks.

Applications

Large cleanroom exhaust headers, central return-air branches, production support ventilation and high-volume makeup-air transfer.

Solutions for Your Application

Several small fans create uneven flow and too many service points on one main branch.Use one correctly selected 3322 CFM unit and balance downstream branches at their dampers.
Available static pressure is uncertain once filters and silencers are added.Plot the complete system resistance and select the fan point within the family curve rather than relying on free-air volume.

Available Options

Variable speed control, motorized damper, coated steel construction, acoustic treatment, vibration mounts and access switches are available.
