About This Product

This 600 x 600 x 40 mm panel combines high-density chipboard with an antistatic high-pressure laminate face. Galvanized-steel backing and black PVC edge trim enclose the underside and perimeter of the wood-based core. At approximately 10 kg per panel, the configuration supports practical service handling. It is selected for dry technical rooms rather than locations exposed to repeated washdown.

Key Features

Dry-service core construction

The chipboard core provides the panel body beneath the laminate. Sealed edges matter around lifting points and service cut-outs, where the core might otherwise become exposed.

Accessible service void

Individual panels can be lifted to reach cables and instruments, allowing changes to the room's services without opening a permanently bonded floor structure.

Distinct wearing and backing faces

The HPL top provides the walking surface while the metal underside supports the panel assembly. The selected support system must suit the actual equipment layout.

Applications

Suitable for control rooms and dry technical suites with underfloor cables or instrument connections. Antistatic surface selection does not establish a complete ESD system by itself; match the panel finish and supports to the intended electrical arrangement. Keep cleaning water out of exposed cut-outs and do not leave lifted panels resting on vulnerable corners.

Solutions for Your Application

Repeated service work damages the edges of lifted panels.

Use suitable lifting tools and protect the sealed perimeter during removal, storage and refitting.

A new cable opening exposes the woodcore to cleaning water.

Finish the opening with a compatible protected edge or grommet and maintain dry-service cleaning practices around it.

Available Options

Choose the HPL colour, pedestal height and planned service openings. Select the necessary support and loading arrangement separately, and provide spare edge-protected modules for areas likely to change during equipment upgrades.
