BACnet object exposure
FFU points become accessible to a BACnet IP supervisor.
This gateway translates Modbus RTU field data from FFUs into BACnet IP objects over Ethernet. It makes fan speed, operating status and alarms available to building systems standardized on BACnet. The protocol conversion distinguishes it from the transparent Modbus TCP bridge and the server-oriented OPC UA/MQTT gateway.

Recommended for hospitals and commercial facilities using BACnet IP as the building-controls standard. Point naming, object instances and command priorities should be coordinated with the BMS.
Specify fan register map, BACnet objects, Ethernet settings, enclosure and access control. Confirm which points are monitored and which may be commanded.
