One robot fills through the stopper, exchanges tools for laser resealing and applies the final cap.
The 500-vial platform replaces the manual handling emphasis of the small-batch unit with a six-axis robot. Nests enter through a rapid decontamination airlock; the robot changes among filling, laser and capping tools so scale-up does not require an open conventional vial path.
