商品紹介

The 2600-class alkaline-gas cartridge extends the base-target bed to 452 mm while retaining a 148 mm diameter. Sixteen cylinders provide 2500 m3/h at 135 Pa, offering a practical middle choice for semiconductor return air that has outgrown the compact 1300 class but does not need the depth of the 3500 class. The impregnated fill is selected for ammonia and amines, and useful life must be predicted from the actual recirculated concentration.
