Introduction de produit

The stainless steel air shower uses formed SUS 304 sheet for its exposed chamber construction, with a brushed or satin surface rather than a decorative paint film. Door framing, return grilles and nozzle fittings complete the occupied passage. Behind the lining, a blower recirculates air through the selected prefilter and final filter before supplying the adjustable outlets. Access panels serve the filter and fan sections, while the base and outer casing can be specified separately from the chamber lining.

Key Features

Uncoated chamber face

The exposed metal avoids relying on an interior paint layer in a frequently wiped entry zone.

Inspectable surface details

Finish, internal trims and joint treatment can be specified to make cleaning residue easier to see and remove.

Maintainable filtration package

Replaceable filter stages can be accessed through the chosen service-side arrangement.

Material choices by component

Separating liner, casing, base and hardware selections helps match the enclosure to its actual cleaning exposure.

Des solutions pour votre application

Stainless construction works best when the finish and maintenance method are chosen together.

Brown marks develop after chloride-rich cleaner dries in a corner.Review chemical concentration and contact time, remove residues by the approved cleaning method and avoid leaving liquid trapped at trims or seals.
Abrasive pads leave scratches or embed ordinary steel particles.Use compatible non-abrasive tools and keep carbon-steel finishing debris away from the chamber surfaces.
The quotation says stainless, but the casing and floor materials are unclear.List the exposed liner, outer panels, doors, base, grilles and hardware individually so the supplied construction matches the intended exposure.
Routine wiping becomes an unplanned hose-down around the service panel.Keep the agreed cleaning method within the complete assembly's limits; specify a separate wash-resistant design when liquid spray is unavoidable.

Les applications typiques

These are dry personnel-entry applications with a compatible wipe-clean routine. Wet process rooms, aggressive chemicals and hazardous powders require a separately specified equipment design.

The usual material-led arrangement uses a SUS 304 chamber, replaceable filtration, stainless nozzle fittings and controlled personnel doors. The outer casing, floor, trim details and optional automation are identified separately in the supplied configuration.

Selection and Installation

Define which surfaces are stainless

Specify the chamber lining, outer casing, doors, base, grilles, nozzles and fasteners separately. A stainless interior with a painted outer casing is different from an all-stainless enclosure. Match the requested brushed appearance across exposed parts, and identify whether the order retains SUS 304 or uses a selected SUS 316L alternative for a more demanding cleaning environment.

Match the cleaning method to the assembly

Assess the actual detergent or disinfectant concentration, contact time and temperature. Chloride-bearing residue and trapped liquid can attack stainless steel; SUS 304 is not resistant to every cleaning chemical. Use compatible non-abrasive cleaning tools and prevent ordinary steel particles from being rubbed into the surface. A stainless shell does not make the motor, controls, filters, seals or complete machine suitable for hose-down or pressure washing.

Leave room for the user and the service route

Choose the chamber around the intended number of people, gowning movement and door clearances. Internal standing width is not the net door opening, and neither is the overall enclosure width. Reserve access for removing filters, working on the blower and opening panels without entering a process operation. A floorless route or textured metal base changes the threshold and cleaning detail.

Use the air shower as part of the entry routine

Agree the entry direction, timer, door release and emergency response with the surrounding gowning procedure. Keep return paths clear and use the selected nozzle arrangement on exposed garment surfaces. HEPA filter class does not establish a room cleanliness class, and dry air jets are not sterilisation or hazardous-powder containment. Where a long personnel passage is needed instead of a compact entry chamber, compare the walk-through cleanroom air shower tunnel.
