The larger active leaf handles routine access while a narrower secondary leaf makes the full opening available for material movement. Both sit inside one cleanroom frame sized for a 1350 x 2100 mm door hole. HPL panels provide smooth exposed faces and the selected control arrangement adds interlocking to the complete doorset. The unequal division distinguishes this model from both a single interlocked door and an equal-leaf pair. The control sequence should monitor the usable opening, including secondary-leaf closure when that leaf is released.
