This approximately 2:1 unit spans a longer roof position and contains a single fan-and-plenum assembly above its final filter. The full-length format is suited to planning repeated ceiling rows or covering a long equipment opening. Its nominal 1200 mm length is distinct from the approximately 1208 mm casing length, so the supporting framework must be sized around the actual housing.

A single long housing can replace the need to divide a continuous supply opening into two short housings, reducing the number of perimeter interfaces in that position.

Separate structural support

Corner suspension provisions allow the assembly to be supported from the building structure rather than loading the filter face or adjacent ceiling fittings.

The fan and inlet service area remain above the room, allowing maintenance access to be arranged alongside the ceiling support system.

Applications

For long equipment covers, electronics production areas and repeated ceiling supply rows where the available opening accommodates the full casing. Multiple modules must be balanced as part of the complete room airflow arrangement; module count alone does not establish a cleanliness class.

Solutions for Your Application

The planned ceiling bay fits a nominal 1200 mm panel but not the longer fan housing.Allow for the approximate 1208 mm casing length, support ledges and sealing surfaces before ordering the ceiling framework.

A long overhead assembly is difficult to lift safely into place.Plan the lift around the housing support points and use independent suspension appropriate to the installed load, keeping lifting contact away from the filter medium.

Discuss suspension hardware, perimeter sealing and the electrical connection route for the long housing. Filter specification and installation accessories can be selected for the operating environment without assuming a change to the stated 220 V motor arrangement.
