Cleanroom Hood
A white low-lint cleanroom hood with an eyes-only opening, shoulder bib and adjustable closure for controlled-environment gowning.
- Eyes-only opening limits exposed head area
- Shoulder-length bib supports garment overlap
- Bound seams and adjustable rear snaps
Introduction de produit
The Cleanroom Hood encloses the hair, ears, neck and upper shoulders while leaving a controlled opening around the eyes. Its flash-spun polyethylene shell uses bound seams and bound edges to contain raw seam surfaces, and the extended bib overlaps a compatible coverall or frock. Rear snaps allow practical fit adjustment without placing a loose tie near the work area.
Key Features
Extended front and rear bib panels tuck beneath the outer garment
Bound seam construction reinforces joins and covers cut edges
Rear snap adjustment helps control excess fabric around the head
Smooth white surface supports visual cleanliness checks
Des solutions pour votre application
A hood must balance facial coverage, field of view and overlap with the remaining gowning system. Poor aperture sizing or a short bib can expose skin during head movement.
The face opening may shift and expose the forehead or cheek area.Specify a bound eyes-only opening with geometry matched to the intended eye protection.
A shallow bib may pull out from the coverall neckline.Use a shoulder-length bib with sufficient front and rear garment overlap.
Uncovered seam edges can become a particle-release point.Select bound seams and enclosed edge finishing throughout the hood.
Excess crown volume can interfere with goggles or head movement.Add low-profile rear snap adjustment and choose the appropriate hood size.
Les applications typiques
Used in pharmaceutical and biotechnology production, medical-device assembly, aseptic support operations, controlled laboratories and clean packing areas as part of a compatible head-to-body gowning system.
Paramètres techniques
These dimensions describe a separate cleanroom hood with a full shoulder bib. Final aperture, size and packaging configuration should match the complete gowning ensemble.
